I thoroughly enjoyed the intensive deep dive into generative AI and learning new skills, analysis, and tools. Making connections with people from outside of my industry and learning from some of the most genuine and captivating professors was invaluable. I really enjoyed this course. Thank you MIT, for developing a great program. This is one of the best online experiences I have had to date. The content, the resources and all the other aspects of this course provided an excellent learning opportunity. It definitely boosted my interest and knowledge of CE.
Sharon Richardson
Circular Economy Activist. United States
This course really helped to understand all the emerging frameworks that reframe so much of what I have experienced in land conservation and nature-based solution space. I advocate for incentivized solutions in the public and private sectors, so this course helped me repackage case studies to incorporate fundamental principles, values, and visions for circular economy. I see how it will help with project management and project advising. It also introduced me to entirely new view of the world through industrial ecosystem management. I tend to work with companies and clients to turn land from an undervalued resource into a working capital asset, extending the life and ecosystem functions of the natural landscape. I can now talk about this from a circular economy business model that will add value and continue to differentiate my expertise. The content was incredibly robust and comprehensive. I appreciated continued access to the curated porfolio of resources provided. It was definitely more than I expected.

It has been incredible how, through a digital model, like FrED was, with its different components and sensors we could fully understand the information to improve. This is what what I will be applying in the area where I work, which is Motor Manufacturing. Thank you MIT!
Jose Iglesias
Assistant Plant Manager at General Motors Colmotores.
Going through the program material, I highly appreciated the excellent abilities and knowledge of the professor. Likewise, advancing through the modules, carefully reviewing the videos, completing assignments, and researching the material I was able to learn a lot about Smart Manufacturing, increasing my motivation for its implementation in the manufacturing environment, in which I work as a Leader of Manufacturing and Assembly Operations.

I was completely blown away by the overall course and the content. The peer discussion and assignments enabled us to dive deeper… utilizing objective quantifiable or qualitative information to formulate our responses. I greatly appreciated the great feedback from the Faculty. Overall this course was a huge success and for me. Thank you MIT for helping me understand how I can make a difference in the lives of those around me.
Robert Gardner

This program has empowered me to feel confident about the direction I am moving in, which is corporate sustainability. I am so proud of the work I’ve done at MIT and working diligently to ensure that I can learn these concepts from some of the finest professors and facilitators in the world.
Andrea Rondinel
Category Sales Development Specialist at Nestlé. Perú.
The course content and the discussion forums with other students provided me with tools to apply sustainability from my role in the company as well as at home. Its content is quite didactic; you receive a lot of support from the facilitator and the definition of concepts from the simplest to the most complex is carefully covered. I would definitely recommend it for those who are interested in the topic of sustainability even if they have not specialized in it or do not practice it in their companies.
Sustainability
Sustainable Infrastructure Systems
Farid Momand
Advisor to Executive Direct at The World Bank Group. United States.
This great MIT Professional Education program covers a myriad of pertinent topics, from defining the scope and boundary infrastructure to quantifying its natural resources & surrounding environment, to the benefits it brings to stakeholders and showing that every step requires planners and engineers to view things through a “systems” lens and perform all and planning processes from a system perspective. I discovered that only then are you confident that the infrastructure you are building today will deliver the intended services and values for decades to come in a sustainable manner.
Justin Lyon
Senior Project Manager at Kimley-Horn. United States.
As a practicing water engineer with almost two decades of experience, I still got a significant amount of information out of this class. I learned several things I did not know before, and most importantly, all of the examples and research was current and cutting edge (much of it performed and written by the professors themselves).
Mauricio Salgado-Torres
General Manager at Gesinfra Consultores.
Personally, the program achieved the expectations, considering its agenda, scope, and duration. The program allows me to acquire and update my knowledge and skills, as well as being able to understand the content more holistically and profoundly.
In general, the topics addressed and studied were exceedingly interesting– even those furthest from my professional arena. From what I learned throughout the program, I sense some new and interesting opportunities that will allow me to accelerate in my professional field and beyond in my company because of the topics addressed in this program.

I wish to have done this course 20 years ago! This course helped me to answer very fundamental questions that I tried to answer by myself through observation. It provided me the background of how the things are in the state of business as today. Also, this course made me reflect on different ways of leadership styles and helped me to acknowledge my own voice and the type of leader I want to be. It validates my way of act, but more importantly, it opened the door to be expose to other greater tools to sharpen my desire to become even better.
I learned the key elements to growth my career that none else talked me about it with an open and true desire to share the real way to get up through the corporate ladder. It was fascinating to discover new resources to build a more clear career path and be able to redesign my future actions to continue to move up in my career.
Finally, I would like to thank all the professors that facilitated the course. It was very inspiring to see their true interest to support and advance women in leadership to the best of their knowledge and capabilities. Thanks also to our facilitator for her dedication and always be there for me to revise assignments and provide additional comments to enrich the discussions.
Olfa Zened
Digital & Integration Technical Marketing Manager, Wellbore Analysis & Interpretation, United Kingdom, at Schlumberger
This a fantastic course beautifully and thoughtfully put together. It was like a therapy session for me to reflect on my strengths but also to make sure I discover my weaknesses and that I’m not alone ! It does not matter where you are from and what you do, women still fight gender bias today to get to executive leadership roles. I learned a lot from history to what research and statistics say today. I will fir sure reflect and go back to all my assignment to keep coaching myself and to put myself out there without fears or doubts. Thank you!

This course has a super revealing and transforming content that allows us to be aware of many situations that women are exposed to but sometimes we have normalized and this program has opened my eyes both for my personal experience and to be able to transmit this knowledge to my work team so that every day we work for a more equitable society for us women.
